Type-OE carbon fiber hood for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Carbon fiber hood (A side) bonded to fiberglass “skeleton” (B side) Vacuum infused process with 3K, 2×2 twill carbon fiber cloth, gloss finish 2012-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK will require windshield nozzle conversion due to 2 nozzles versus only 1 nozzle on 2007-2011 (not included).

Does not fit JL.

Hoods are hand crafted and weigh approximately 22.3 lbs.

All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. FastHemis.com will not be liable for any damages to the product and the vehicle caused by not properly using hood pins.

Heat shield required.

FastHemis.com does not suggest reinstalling gas shocks/dampers/struts. OE gas struts place too much pressure on a composite hood. Always carefully close a composite hood. Slamming or dropping the hood may cause it to crack.

Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. For the best possible fitment, we recommend having an expert install your product. Although some body shops have been in business for many years, they may not have sufficient experience in installing carbon fiber or fiberglass components.
