The Carli Coilover Bypass System is one of the most capable off-road suspension systems available for the 2011–2016 Super Duty platform. Designed to deliver exceptional performance both on-road and off-road, this system combines premium ride quality with extreme terrain capability through advanced shock technology and precision tuning.

At the core of this system are Carli-spec King 2.5″ coilovers and multi-tube bypass shocks, offering unmatched control, tunability, and bottom-out resistance. With multiple adjustable zones for compression and rebound, the bypass shocks allow you to fine-tune ride quality and performance to match your driving style and terrain.

Wheel and Tire Recommendations:

• 17″–18″ wheels, no wider than 9″

• Approximately 5″ backspacing with Carli radius arms

• 35″ tires fit with minimal trimming; 37″ tires may require trimming

• Larger tires improve ride compliance when properly inflated
