Some early pre-Eagle 2003–2008 truck engines may require customer-sourced head adapters to fit the 5.7/6.4 intake ports. The manifold supports both standard and inverted throttle body mounting orientations and includes a billet adapter for factory 80mm throttle bodies. Fuel rails are supplied with bracketless mounting for a clean, professional installation.
